- Soup Buffet Fundraiser Supper - February 19, serving starts @ 5PM. Choose from 4 varieties of soup along with sandwiches and desserts. Free Will Offering will be taken, proceeds go to the Fellowship Hall Building Fund.

- April 4, Easter Sunday! Sunrise Service @ 7AM followed by a full breakfast. Please join us as our guest for the day! Sunday School @ 9AM for all ages, Egg Hunt for the children. Worship Service @ 10AM, Choir Cantata, "Majesty!" The Choir's Cantata date may change...stay tuned for updates!

Walnut Grove UM Church is that friendly, family-oriented country church everyone is seeking. Nestled in a beautiful little valley along-side Pond Creek, southeast of Monroe City, we truly do care for one another. We laugh together and cry together and offer support when needed.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only way to God and without Him we would be lost. Only through the Grace of our Lord and saving blood of Jesus is our way to Heaven. Jesus is our intercessor with the Father. We believe Jesus was born of the virgin, died on the cruel cross and was raised from the grave and lives today with our Father in Heaven. We want to share the Good News with you and your family! Come and join us this Sunday!
Our Sunday school starts at 9:00am followed by Sunday Worship at 10:00am. We offer Sunday school classes for all age groups, toddler-adult. We have a more traditional adult Class with lesson books. We also have an adult Bible Study class where we study and reflect on the Bible’s teachings.
We are very active in our church family, as well as in our community! Join us for any of our gatherings, monthly pitch-in meals, musical presentations or any of the various activities down here in the country!
